Preheat the oven at 180 degres
Break the chocolate ( 220 grams) in pieces and add butter. Melt the two ingredients in a pan.
Then mix the flour, the baking powder and the flower salt in a salad bowl.
In a 2nd salad bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar until a foamy and lightly white mixture.
Add to this mixture, the chocolate and the butter melted. Then add slowly the 3 dried ingredients ( the 1st salad bowl) and stir it in 3 times.
Then add the chocolate chips and whisk all the mixture.
With two spoons you can now place small pile of this pastry on the baking tray recovered by foil. Keep space between the cookies.
Put it in the oven for 12 minutes exactly.
Let cool before removing it from the baking tray. We advise you to eat it the day after!! They will be even better!!
